CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS.

CruiseBoard is an adults-only service and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated September 3, 2026

18+ only. A person under 18 may not create, maintain, or use a CruiseBoard account, regardless of local age-of-consent laws.

1. Prohibited child sexual abuse and exploitation

CruiseBoard prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexualization of minors, trafficking or coercion involving minors, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

  • Do not create, upload, request, possess, distribute, advertise, link to, or attempt to obtain CSAM.
  • Do not contact a minor for a sexual purpose or attempt to move a minor to another platform for sexual contact.
  • Do not solicit sexual images, sexual activity, or sexual services from a minor.
  • Do not facilitate, encourage, normalize, or joke about sexual exploitation of minors in a way that creates a safety risk.

2. Reporting inside CruiseBoard

Members can report accounts, content, messages, or suspected underage use through CruiseBoard's in-app reporting tools. Reports involving possible child exploitation are treated as high-priority safety matters. Users can also contact the designated child-safety address below.

3. How CruiseBoard responds

When CruiseBoard becomes aware of apparent CSAE or CSAM, it may immediately restrict or disable involved accounts, preserve relevant evidence as appropriate, remove access to prohibited material, and make reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement when required by applicable law.

CruiseBoard does not intentionally return CSAM to a reporting user or knowingly allow prohibited material to remain available after it has been confirmed.

4. Legal compliance

CruiseBoard will respond to valid legal process and comply with applicable child-safety reporting and preservation obligations. These standards apply even though CruiseBoard is not directed to children and does not permit minors to use the service.

5. Child-safety point of contact

For child-safety matters, suspected underage accounts, or suspected CSAE/CSAM:

Email CruiseBoard's designated safety contact:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement rather than waiting for a response from CruiseBoard.
