TERMS OF USE.

These terms govern access to and use of CruiseBoard.

Last updated September 3, 2026

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms to use CruiseBoard. By creating or using an account, you represent that you are at least 18. CruiseBoard may restrict or disable an account when age eligibility cannot be reasonably established.

2. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and do not misrepresent your age or identity.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Do not create or use accounts to evade a block, suspension, ban, or other enforcement action.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organization.

3. Community standards

You must follow the Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. You may not use CruiseBoard to threaten, exploit, defraud, stalk, harass, traffic, coerce, or unlawfully harm another person.

4. Sexual and adult content

CruiseBoard is an adults-only social network, but it is not a pornography service. Public-facing profile photos and community posts must remain non-explicit. Private communications remain subject to consent, safety, and applicable law. Never send sexually explicit material to someone who has not consented to receive it, and never create, request, possess, upload, or distribute sexual content involving a person under 18.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CruiseBoard a non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, resize, moderate, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit content. Do not upload someone else's private or intimate material without permission.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sextortion, sexual coercion, stalking, credible threats, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, or any child sexual abuse material.
  • Scams, phishing, fraud, malicious impersonation, or coordinated abuse.
  • Commercial sexual services, human trafficking, or solicitation involving payment for sexual activity.
  • Using CruiseBoard to buy, sell, or distribute illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful goods or services.
  • Interfering with the service, attempting unauthorized access, scraping private data, or abusing reporting and safety systems.

7. Moderation and enforcement

CruiseBoard may investigate reports, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, restrict features, warn accounts, issue strikes, suspend access, or permanently disable accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, law, or platform safety requirements. Severe conduct may result in immediate permanent enforcement. Some decisions may be eligible for review or appeal.

8. Location and real-world interactions

Nearby features are designed to provide approximate local discovery, not precise tracking. Do not use CruiseBoard to locate, expose, stalk, or endanger another person. You are responsible for your own decisions about meeting or interacting with other members offline.

9. Health information

CruiseBoard may provide sexual-health information, local resource listings, and reminder tools. These features are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Seek qualified medical care for personal health decisions and emergency services for emergencies.

10. Service availability

CruiseBoard is in active development and may change, interrupt, limit, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or available in every geographic area.

11. Account deletion

You may delete your account through the app or request deletion through cruiseboard.org/delete-account. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or enforcement integrity, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CruiseBoard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CruiseBoard does not control the conduct of individual users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, statements, health status, or behavior of another member.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated as CruiseBoard changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
